Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gustav Harakka (ranked 135 p4p, 390 weight class) and Ralph Hall (ranked 14 p4p, 48 weight class). Hall has chosen Pinball Wizard as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gustav Harakka! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ralph Hall! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hall looks to score with a jab to the body but Harakka is just out of range. Hall dives in for a single leg takedown but Harakka sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Harakka misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hall.
Harakka throws a lazy right hand but Hall sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hall is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Hall tries to move into range but Harakka moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Ralph Hall has been cut. Harakka loads up on a big right hand but Hall slips the punch. Harakka has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Harakka pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hall fails miserably with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harakka misses with a straight right. Harakka throws a body punch but Hall moves out of range. Harakka on the wrong end of a nice hook. Hall tries for a takedown but Harakka sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Gustav Harakka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ralph Hall. Harakka drops Hall with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hall looks back up at him and smiles so Harakka waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hall is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hall misses the shot to the body. Hall is still on wobbly legs! Can Harakka finish him?
That's one minute gone in the round. Harakka takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fighters circling - Harakka throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Harakka pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gustav Harakka is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hall avoids the body shot from Harakka.
Hall seems to have recovered his senses. A slapping leg kick lands for Harakka.
Harakka takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Harakka swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Hall throws a jab when Harakka was well out of range. Harakka throws a hook but Hall blocks it. Harakka misses the shot to the body. Harakka throws out a loose jab but Hall uses good head movement to avoid it. Harakka lands a big uppercut and Hall crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hall looks OK. Harakka waves Hall back to his feet! This has been an exciting period of action! Harakka takes a body punch but keeps moving. Harakka just misses with a punch to the body.
Hall is aggressively charging in as Harakka backs up avoiding any damage. Harakka tosses out a jab and Hall runs right into it face first! Hall is out cold! Harakka dropped down on all fours and is barking in Hall's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gustav Harakka! Gustav Harakka retains his welterweight title! An out of breath Gustav Harakka thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
