Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dougie McFistface (ranked 2485 p4p, 1753 weight class) and Bobby Knuckles (ranked 312 p4p, 241 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McFistface might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Tiptoe Through The Tulips. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dougie McFistface!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Knuckles!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Ron Honeybunn and Ben Hemmingworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Knuckles throws a leg kick which misses McFistface's front leg but catches the back leg as McFistface tries to avoid it.

McFistface's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Knuckles connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McFistface scrambles back to his feet.

Knuckles's coach down at Outlier Martial Arts 🏆 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Knuckles's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Knuckles is pressed up against the cage. McFistface has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Knuckles down to the mat. Knuckles avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
McFistface throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McFistface closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

McFistface has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Knuckles clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Knuckles is trying to shake McFistface off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! McFistface won't be happy about giving up the dominant position.

McFistface changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Knuckles tries to avoid it but McFistface manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Knuckles to the ground. Knuckles escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Knuckles replies with a solid counter kick to the body but McFistface blocks it well.
Dougie McFistface is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

McFistface takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well Knuckles has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
