Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matija Maestro (ranked 123 p4p, 443 weight class) and Lewis Pendragon (ranked 14 p4p, 38 weight class). Maestro comes to the cage accompanied by Shortwire - Reconfig. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Matija Maestro!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lewis Pendragon!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Dean Styles and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maestro swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pendragon looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Maestro throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Pendragon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Maestro lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pendragon circles away quickly and effectively.
Pendragon is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Maestro counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Pendragon kicks off Maestro and gets to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Maestro fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pendragon to the ground. Maestro is now in Pendragon's guard.
