The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Namkhai takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
McGinley paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
McGinley lands with an uppercut that bounces Namkhai off the cage and back into range.

We've been told by Namkhai's head coaches at Little Lebowski Urban Achievers Gymnasium that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Namkhai might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Namkhai has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

McGinley feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Namkhai sprawling to the canvas! Namkhai rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McGinley finish him?!

McGinley cracks Namkhai with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Namkhai falls to his knees and McGinley doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
