Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin McGuire (ranked 341 p4p, 209 weight class) and Ronan Darongo (ranked 22 p4p, 12 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McGuire might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down. Darongo has chosen Chaos And Destruction as his entrance music. Kevin McGuire could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ronan Darongo's chin.

With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronan Darongo!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darongo jabs McGuire right on the nose. McGuire blinks but takes it well.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McGuire crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Darongo - the referee stops the clock and McGuire gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Darongo. McGuire manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Darongo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as McGuire is landing a low percentage of strikes.

It looked like McGuire wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
