Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kill Shot Jackson (ranked 1499 p4p, 1504 weight class) and Donner Keil (ranked 222 p4p, 223 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Kill Shot Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donner Keil! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson misses with a takedown and Keil counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Kill Shot Jackson has been cut. Jackson darts in and clinches Keil up against the cage. Keil misses with a body punch.
A short right from Keil on the inside. Keil is trying to break free. Jackson connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Donner Keil has been cut. Keil pulls guard successfully.
Keil wants to stand but Jackson is controlling the position. Keil looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jackson is one step ahead there. Keil being controlled here, momentarily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Keil told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Keil looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Keil keeping moving, preventing Jackson from controlling successfully. The fighters are working up against the cage. Keil manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Jackson looks to throw an elbow but misses. Keil breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson rushes Keil and presses him up against the cage. Jackson with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Jackson looking to throw knees to the head but Keil is blocking nicely.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson misses with a head kick.
Jackson throws a nice outside leg kick. Jackson tries to clinch and Keil counters with a lovely straight right hand! Jackson cracks Keil with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Jackson moves into the clinch successfully.
Jackson tries for a takedown. No joy.
Keil is trying to push Jackson away but Jackson has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Jackson tries to land knees in the clinch but Keil avoids the damage to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A short left from Keil. Jackson prevents Keil from breaking the clinch. Jackson misses with a knee strike.
A nice right hand lands inside from Keil. Keil misses with a hook from the clinch. Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but Keil blocks with his arms.

Jackson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Jackson misses with a takedown letting Keil counter with a right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kill Shot Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Jackson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Keil quickly recovers to half guard. Keil kicks Jackson off and gets back to his feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! An inside leg kick lands from Keil. Jackson misses with a takedown and Keil counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Keil swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Jackson throws a knee to the head but misses.
Keil manages to break the clinch.
Keil tries a head kick but it misses.
Jackson throws the kick towards the body but Keil avoids it. Jackson closes the distance but Keil moves to the side and Keil counters with a left and a right that stings Jackson. Jackson tries to clinch and Keil connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jackson misses with a takedown and Keil counters with a crisp right hand that drops Jackson! Keil lets Jackson back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Jackson is rocked! The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jackson misses with a head kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Donner Keil dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Jackson keeps Keil at a distance using the push kick. Good work by Keil as he checks the leg kick. Jackson misses with a takedown and Keil counters with a stiff right hand. Jackson is looking to clinch but Keil is avoiding it.

Donner Keil seems to be getting the better of the standup. Keil misses with a straight right. Keil misses with a hook. Jackson ducked under it nicely. A telegraphed right hand from Keil misses the target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jackson looking to control but instead Keil has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Keil is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jackson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Keil keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson prevents Keil from improving his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson wants to pass to mount but Keil is defending the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Keil is looking to escape. Keil wants to improve his position but Jackson is controlling well.
Jackson is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Keil! Jackson trying to control but Keil is having none of it. Keil is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson trying to control but he's not successful this time. Keil is trying to escape the mount.
Keil tries to hold on but Jackson pushes him away. Keil tries to reverse the position but Jackson maintains control. Jackson takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Keil is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Jackson gets his way!
You can see the frustration on Keil's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Jackson is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Keil knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Keil for a finish. Jackson trying to control momentarily.

Keil is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jackson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Keil is just riding it out for now. Jackson eventually gives up the hold. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jackson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Keil defending well though. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jackson misses with a left hand and Keil counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Keil. Kill Shot Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Jackson throws a sloppy head kick and Keil moves out of range easily. Jackson ducks under a wild hook from Keil. Jackson misses with a low kick. Keil circles away from the clinch attempt.
Keil throws out a counter right but Jackson avoids it with no problem. Jackson looking to score a takedown here. Keil is defending well but Jackson drives through and ends up in Keil's guard. Keil looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Keil is looking to stand up but Jackson isn't so interested in that idea. Keil is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Keil bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jackson's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Keil tries to stand but Jackson is controlling from the bottom. Keil gets to his feet. Jackson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Good work by Keil as he checks the leg kick. Keil shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Jackson misses with a takedown attempt and Keil counters with a lovely straight right hand! Keil misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jackson tries to counter with a takedown but Keil is quick to defend against it. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jackson. Keil looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Jackson fails with the takedown and Keil connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jackson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Keil.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Keil. Jackson misses with a takedown and Keil counters with a lovely straight right hand! Jackson lands a right hook to the body.
Keil throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Keil stuffs the takedown. Jackson misses with a body punch
and Keil counters with a low kick, right behind Jackson 's knee. Jackson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Keil circles away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Keil! But no joy. Keil has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Keil keeps the fight on the outside. Keil flicks out a counter leg kick but Jackson steps away. Jackson with a lazy takedown attempt and Keil counters with a crisp right hand that drops Jackson! Keil lets Jackson back up to his feet, looking for a finish! Oh Jackson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jackson walks straight into a right hand from Keil - that's dropped him! Keil jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Jackson from any more punishment! Jackson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Donner Keil! A relieved looking Donner Keil thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
