And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Kings!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Joseph Jones and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kings thows a leg kick but Carrillo-Moreno checks it

and Carrillo-Moreno counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Carrillo-Moreno is looking for a kimura but Kings is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Carrillo-Moreno to get the leverage.

Carrillo-Moreno is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Carrillo-Moreno seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kings does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Carrillo-Moreno is looking to advance position but Kings won't allow it.

Carrillo-Moreno is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kings sees it coming and defends easily.
Kings is refusing to be controlled, as Carrillo-Moreno sits in half guard.

Carrillo-Moreno uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kings.

Carrillo-Moreno goes for a double leg but Kings avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kings continues to drive forward.
Carrillo-Moreno has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kings avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
