Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sergey Shipilov (ranked 143 p4p, 171 weight class) and Kiryu Kazuma (ranked 19 p4p, 23 weight class). Kazuma has chosen Uroko by Dir En Grey as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Sergey Shipilov has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 30 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Sergey Shipilov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 25 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kiryu Kazuma! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Paul Tew.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kazuma throws a body kick that misses enabling Shipilov to counter with a crisp jab. Kazuma fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kazuma looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Shipilov takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Shipilov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kazuma lands a nice shot that snaps Shipilov's head back.
Kazuma tries a head kick but it misses.
Kazuma rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shipilov moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kazuma throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Shipilov counter with a right hand. Kazuma takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Shipilov takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Shipilov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kazuma. Shipilov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kazuma. It looked like Shipilov wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Kazuma misses with an uppercut
and Shipilov counters with a left and a right that stings Kazuma.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kazuma looks to score with a jab to the body but Shipilov is just out of range.
Shipilov lands a big head kick that sends Kazuma tumbling to the mat! Shipilov takes a step backwards and waves Kazuma back to his feet - he wants the finish!
 Kazuma is rocked! Kiryu Kazuma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kazuma lets loose with a powerful body kick. Shipilov will feel that in the morning. Kazuma is still on wobbly legs! Can Shipilov finish him? Kazuma lands a jab to Shipilov's midsection. Kazuma seems to have recovered his senses. Shipilov is breathing heavily. Kazuma throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kazuma pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kazuma is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Shipilov. Shipilov slips under a jab. Shipilov is looking for a counter combo. Shipilov moves out of range of the strikes. Shipilov throwing a counter right hand but Kazuma manages to avoid it. Kazuma throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Kazuma lands a big head kick that sends Shipilov tumbling to the mat! Kazuma takes a step backwards and waves Shipilov back to his feet - he wants the finish!
 Shipilov is rocked!
 It looks like Sergey Shipilov has been cut. Shipilov stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kazuma. Kazuma cracks Shipilov with a hook to the temple - Shipilov is on wobbly legs here! Kazuma swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Shipilov falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Kazuma wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kiryu Kazuma! Kiryu Kazuma decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
