Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Krisp Enwah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Magnus Thorgard!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Thorgard. Beautiful body shot.
Enwah walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Thorgard has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Thorgard digs a good hook to Enwah's body.
Enwah with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Thorgard to score with a decent uppercut.
Nice straight punches there by Thorgard. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Thorgard.
Enwah has closed the distance and engaged Thorgard in a clinch.
Thorgard goes for a takedown attempt but Enwah pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Thorgard lands a head shot.
Enwah takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Magnus Thorgard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Enwah looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thorgard clobbers Enwah with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Enwah tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Thorgard swivels and escapes.
Enwah walks into a straight right hand from Thorgard.
Thorgard feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Enwah sprawling to the canvas! Enwah rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thorgard finish him?!
Enwah is rocked!
Thorgard knocks out Enwah with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Thorgard before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Thorgard picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Magnus Thorgard!
A very excited looking Magnus Thorgard made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
