Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carson Justice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Evert Norddahl!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Justice clinches with his opponent.
Justice gets control of Norddahl's arms and successfully pulls guard. Justice will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Norddahl trying to control but Justice is working from the bottom.
Justice is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Justice keeping full guard, as Norddahl tries to pass.
Justice has his foot on Norddahl's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Norddahl works his way back into a safe position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Justice working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Norddahl doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Norddahl manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Norddahl tries to free his leg and advance position but Justice is retaining full guard.

Justice looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Justice is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Norddahl frees his head nicely. Oh but Justice has switched to an armbar! Norddahl is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
