Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ben Slam!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Charon Lehto!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehto fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Slam looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ben Slam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slam lunges at Lehto with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lehto's hand.
Lehto punishes Slam's body with a nice straight punch.
Slam lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lehto slips a straight right by Slam.
Lehto steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Slam fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lehto looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A big left from Slam misses.
Slam moves away from the strike by Lehto.
Slam throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lehto sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Slam swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Slam misses with a straight left.
Lehto misses with a hook
and Slam makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Slam tries to move into range but Lehto moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Ben Slam has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Slam throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lehto pushes Slam up against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lehto is stalling here.
Slam wants to break the clinch but can't.
Slam pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Slam throws out a powerful jab.
Slam lands with an overhand left.
Lehto lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lehto scores with a decent looking hook.
Slam is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lehto.
Lehto is trying to counter with his kicks.
Slam throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Lehto counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Slam misses with a hook
and Lehto counters with a stiff right hand.
Slam misses with a left hand
and Lehto counters with a crisp right that sends Slam to the canvas! Lehto follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
