Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Katelynn Arby (ranked 1629 p4p, 1671 weight class) and Marcel Romanow (ranked 188 p4p, 191 weight class). Arby comes to the cage accompanied by Sweet But Psycho. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Katelynn Arby!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcel Romanow!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arby tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Romanow defends well and Arby ends up having to push Romanow into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Arby is trying to pull guard but Romanow has him pressed against the cage.

Arby will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Romanow is in close to Arby's body, working some short punches and elbows.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Arby misses with a takedown attempt - Romanow sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Arby changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Romanow looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That was a close second round but I would say that Katelynn Arby will probably get the nod.

Well Romanow has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
