Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vitali Kersikov I I (ranked 51 p4p, 118 weight class) and Camaras Account (ranked 9 p4p, 17 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kersikov I I might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sefa & Mr. Ivex - LSD Problem. Camaras Account has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vitali Kersikov I I's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kersikov I I throws a shot from downtown. Account moves away and avoids it.
Kersikov I I walks into a straight right hand from Account.

Kersikov I I throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Kersikov I I moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Account replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Kersikov I I blocks it well.

and Account counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kersikov I I fakes the leg kick and cracks Account in the body.
Kersikov I I lands a glancing blow to the side of Account's head.
Kersikov I I on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Account swings for the body but Kersikov I I moves out of range.

Account throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kersikov I I sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Crunch! Kersikov I I slams his shin into Account's torso.
Kersikov I I bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Account walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kersikov I I checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Kersikov I I slips under a jab from Account.
Account displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Account fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kersikov I I looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kersikov I I lunges at Account with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Account's hand.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Vitali Kersikov I I will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Account might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kersikov I I has got the better of the exchanges.

Kersikov I I went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That has opened up Camaras Account's cut even more.

Kersikov I I throws a push kick but Account slaps the foot to one side.
Account appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Account takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A decent looking cross lands there for Account.

Vitali Kersikov I I's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Account has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Kersikov I I.
