Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rokken Roll (ranked 294 p4p, 148 weight class) and Anabolic Asteroid (ranked 46 p4p, 23 weight class). Asteroid has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rokken Roll!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anabolic Asteroid!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roll feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Asteroids jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A jab from Roll does it's job there.
Nice shot lands for Asteroid.
Asteroid has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Roll finds it's way round the side to connect with Asteroid's head.
Roll lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Roll misses with the body kick
and Asteroid counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Asteroid throws a shot from downtown. Roll moves away and avoids it.
Roll throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Asteroid sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rokken Roll seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Asteroid walks into a left hand.
Roll throws a series of punches but Asteroid avoids them all with ease.
Roll bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Asteroid sneaks out the side door and pushes Roll away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We've been hearing reports that Roll has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Roll lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Asteroid looks to land a combination but Roll avoids it well.
Roll goes for a double leg but Asteroid avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Asteroid continues to drive forward.
