Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronan Darongo (ranked 333 p4p, 325 weight class) and William Riker (ranked 15 p4p, 17 weight class). Darongo comes to the cage accompanied by Chaos And Destruction. Riker has chosen In The Summertime as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronan Darongo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Riker!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darongo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Riker was well out of range. Poor timing from Darongo.
A little jabbing left from Riker on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Darongo lands a right hook to the body.
Darongo scores with a spinning back kick!
Darongo slips a jab and a cross from Riker.
Darongo swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Darongo lands a nice hook to Riker's body. Riker takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Darongo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Riker chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Darongo can pounce on him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ronan Darongo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Darongo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Riker.
Riker tries to counter with a clinch but Darongo shakes him off and moves away.

Riker on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Darongo is looking to wear down Riker with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

After winning the bout, Ronan Darongo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
