Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adams Menday!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shogun Silva!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Menday defends well and Silva ends up having to push Menday into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Silva gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Menday to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Silva is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Menday is aware though and is defending well.
Silva throws his legs up looking for a submission but Menday uses it to pass to side control.
Silva takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Silva looking for a sweep but Menday has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Menday lands a couple of good shots and Silva has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Silva tries to escape but Menday has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Can Silva hold on?! Menday is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Silva breaks Menday's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Silva advances to half guard.
Silva is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Menday to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.
Menday manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Silva manages to get himself to full guard.
Menday with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva is looking for a triangle here but Menday uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Silva is looking to reverse the position.
Menday lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Menday looks up at the clock and then as Silva takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Menday smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva tries to buck Menday off but Menday is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Menday is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Menday lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Silva hang on?
Silva is rocked!
Menday softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Silva is out cold! Menday jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adams Menday!
