Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Rader (ranked 178 p4p, 193 weight class) and Abdul Keji (ranked 30 p4p, 32 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Abdul Keji!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rader misses with a lunging right hand
and Keji counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Keji throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rader throws out a loose jab but Keji uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rader throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
A countering left hand to the body from Keji misses.
Keji keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A nice side step and Keji releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Dennis Rader seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Keji on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rader throws a poor cross that misses
and Keji counters with a lovely straight right hand!

A little jabbing left from Keji on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Rader dodges the punch combination from Keji.
Rader tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Keji checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Rader looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Rader throws a lazy right hand but Keji sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Keji let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
A slow jab from Keji misses its intended target.
Rader with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Rader moves away from the strike by Keji.
Rader swings for the body but Keji moves out of range.
Rader misses with a body shot.
A countering left hand to the body from Keji misses.
Rader throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Keji counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Dennis Rader has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rader misses with a kick to the body.
Keji drops his hands momentarily and Rader takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Rader ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Keji moves away.
Rader uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Keji has time to react.

Rader drops Keji with a beautiful combination! Keji stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rader is looking for the KO!

Keji is rocked!

Keji is still on wobbly legs! Can Rader finish him?
Keji avoids the body shot from Rader.
Keji unleashes a big counter combination but Rader bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Keji seems to have recovered his senses.
A low kick from Rader misses
and Keji counters with a stiff right hand.
Some wild striking there from Rader.

Keji lands a left and a right that send Rader crashing to the mat, dazed. Keji thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Keji walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Keji cracks Rader with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rader looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Keji finish him?
Rader walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Keji checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Rader fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Keji has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Keji takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Rader tests Keji's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Keji throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Keji takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Rader rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Rader counters with a big right hand! Oh Keji is in trouble here! Rader follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
