Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Klaus Chugman (ranked 1589 p4p, 2222 weight class) and Richard Cheese (ranked 218 p4p, 294 weight class). Cheese has chosen Rape Me as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Richard Cheese!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chugman defending well as Cheese loads up on a big left hand.

Cheese is looking to slow Chugman down with leg kicks.

A slow jab from Chugman misses its intended target.
Both fighters circling a little - Cheese finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Nice defenses there by Chugman.
Cheese is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Chugman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cheese on his heels. He'll look to pass Cheese's guard now, I'm sure.

That's time! Chugman's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Chugman throws a series of punches but Cheese avoids them all with ease.
Cheese is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Chugman with a body shot.
Chugman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cheese swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cheese looks to land a left hand but Chugman moved out of range nicely.
Chugman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cheese, pushing him back against the cage.

Chugman is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Cheese can do to turn this around?

Chugman trying to control the position but instead, Cheese has worked for underhooks and has pushed Chugman into the cage.

Chugman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Cheese misses with an uppercut. Chugman saw that one coming.
Cheese throws a jab when Chugman was well out of range.
Cheese misses with the combination.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Chugman crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cheese - the referee stops the clock and Chugman gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cheese. Chugman manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Cheese goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Cheese takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Chugman tries to clinch up.
Chugman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Chugman pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Chugman takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cheese misses with a kick to the body
and Chugman counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Cheese is concentrating on defense, preventing Chugman from advancing position.

Cheese is not content to let Chugman control the position.
Chugman is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Chugman slows the pace down.
Chugman creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
I wouldn't like to be where Cheese is right now.
Chugman creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Chugman trying to control the action but Cheese is working from the bottom.
Chugman creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Cheese sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Klaus Chugman will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Chugman has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cheese finds it's way round the side to connect with Chugman's head.
Chugman drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Chugman is looking to take a break and control but Cheese is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Chugman is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Cheese is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Chugman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chugman, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
