Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Peterson (ranked 544 p4p, 727 weight class) and Slugger Dunes (ranked 81 p4p, 104 weight class). Dunes is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The World's Greatest. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Slugger Dunes!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunes missing with a left hand there. Peterson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Peterson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Peterson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Peterson is working Dunes over with some ground and pound from side control.
Dunes is looking for a sweep.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Peterson holds on and takes a little breather.

Peterson is landing with some decent strikes but Dunes is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

I would just about give that final round to Slugger Dunes.
Well Peterson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
