Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milos Obilic (ranked 406 p4p, 1190 weight class) and Rob Sapo (ranked 25 p4p, 64 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Milos Obilic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob Sapo! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sapo fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Obilic is out of range. Sapo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A combination from Sapo does no damage. Obilic throws a right and a left that Sapo avoids nicely. Obilic checks a leg kick. Sapo tries to work over Obilic's front leg with a kick but Obilic checks it. Sapo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A little jabbing left from Sapo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Sapo avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sapo takes one on the button. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapo throws a lazy right hand but Obilic sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Obilic connects with a body shot that sends Sapo's belly button to the back. Obilic throws a combination that misses and Obilic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sapo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sapo is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Obilic with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters circle momentarily. Obilic darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Obilic slips a jab and a cross from Sapo.
Obilic fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sapo manages to avoid it. Sapo ducks under a wild hook from Obilic. Obilic dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Obilic lands a nice hook to Sapo's body. Sapo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Milos Obilic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Obilic throws a sloppy body shot
and Obilic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sapo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Obilic lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Sapo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Obilic throws a predictable looking body shot
and Sapo counters with a lovely shot to the body. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sapo has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Obilic throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sapo on the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A swing and a miss from Sapo. Obilic takes a swing at Sapo's ribcage but misses. Obilic misses with a looping right. Sapo misses with a right hand and Obilic counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sapo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. No joy there for Obilic, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sapo doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Obilic ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sapo moves away. Obilic takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Obilic uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sapo.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapo misses with a double jab.
Obilic swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. A swing and a miss from Obilic. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sapo! But no joy. Obilic throws a poor cross that misses
and Sapo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Obilic works the jab nicely. Obilic connects with a single shot there. Sapo falls off balance throwing a combination
and Obilic counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sapo thinking. Obilic connects with a body shot. Obilic jabs Sapo to the body, keeping him at a distance. It looks like Obilic has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Obilic swings and misses with a shot to the body and Obilic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Obilic dips down and scores with a jab to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Obilic ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sapo gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Obilic connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sapo's hands. Obilic checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Obilic ducks under a wild hook from Sapo. Obilic connects with a body shot. Obilic throws a one two combo.
Sapo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sapo staying out of range there. A nice side step and Sapo releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Obilic cracks a nice hook into Sapo's ribs. Obilic misses the body punch and Sapo counters with a stiff right hand. Obilic misses with a wild combination.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Milos Obilic dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Donk. Obilic catches Sapo right on the button with a cross. Obilic throws a body punch but Sapo moves out of range. Obilic misses with an uppercut
and Sapo counters with a nice uppercut. A jab from Obilic finds it's way through Sapo's defenses. Sapo ducks under a wild hook from Obilic. Obilic bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sapo's head. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Sapo might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Obilic has got the better of the exchanges. Sapo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapo walks into a straight right hand from Obilic. Sapo misses the jab. Obilic swinging wildly here.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Sapo in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

and Sapo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Nice cross by Obilic. Sapo lands a lovely overhand right. Obilic swings widly with a right hand
and Sapo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Obilic! Sapo lets Obilic back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Obilic is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sapo misses with a left hand and Obilic counters with a straight right hand. Obilic swings widly with a right hand
and Sapo counters with a nice right hand that sends Obilic toppling to the canvas! Obilic scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Sapo finish him?! Oh Obilic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Obilic walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Obilic limp body while Sapo jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rob Sapo! Our winner, Rob Sapo, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
