Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ay Blyad (ranked 233 p4p, 206 weight class) and Koichi Kamei (ranked 37 p4p, 33 weight class). Blyad comes to the cage accompanied by luv. Ay Blyad could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Koichi Kamei's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 26 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ay Blyad! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 34 - 21 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Koichi Kamei! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Kamei throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Kamei on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Kamei throws a jab but it's blocked by Blyad. Kamei misses with a right hand and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Blyad uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kamei. Kamei looks to land a left hand but Blyad moved out of range nicely. Blyad slips under a jab from Kamei. A big left from Kamei misses. Blyad takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Kamei throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Blyad. Blyad with a nice calf kick. Kamei misses with an uppercut. Jab by Blyad. A low kick from Blyad is predictable there and Kamei cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kamei closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kamei waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Blyad. Kamei misses with a right hand and Kamei takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kamei throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Blyad bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Blyad throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kamei misses with a looping right. Blyad throws a quick inside leg kick. Kamei pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kamei might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Kamei's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kamei duly obliges. Kamei throws a lazy uppercut
and Blyad counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kamei ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Koichi Kamei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blyad throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kamei needs to keep his hands up - Blyad had a free shot at his head there. Blyad looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Blyad is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Kamei is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Kamei is refusing to be controlled, as Blyad sits in half guard.

Blyad is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kamei doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Blyad.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Blyad is working for a kimura but Kamei is defending it quite comfortably.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kamei trying to hold on to Blyad's head to control him but Blyad postures up.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Blyad is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kamei sees it coming and defends easily. Kamei works his way to full guard. Good work. Blyad drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kamei dives on top into guard. Kamei is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ay Blyad will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! Kamei misses with the combination.
Blyad looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Kamei has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Blyad is on him like a limpet, forcing Kamei back against the cage. Kamei escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Blyad uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kamei has time to react. Blyad slips a jab from Kamei. Blyad feints and then cracks Kamei's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kamei down. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kamei lands an overhand right. Blyad thows a left - swing and a miss! That's one minute gone in the round. Kamei cracks Blyad with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Blyad slips a jab from Kamei. An attempted straight right counter from Blyad misses the target. Blyad avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Blyad appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Kamei connects with a looping right hand.

A close second round but Koichi Kamei will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! A jab from Kamei misses. A bone on bone clash there as Kamei blocks the leg kick.

Blyad defending well as Kamei loads up on a big left hand. Blyad changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kamei looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Kamei gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Kamei moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Kamei looking to sweep here. No luck so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kamei is controlling Blyad's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blyad trying to control the position from guard on top but Kamei is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kamei lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Blyad working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Kamei has passed into half guard!
Kamei is taking a breather. Blyad says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blyad actively working from the bottom here. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Blyad looking for a kimura from the bottom but Kamei passes into side control! A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Blyad wants to control but Kamei postures up. Kamei taking a breather here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blyad is not content to let Kamei control the position. You can see the frustration on Blyad's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kamei displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Blyad throws out the jab. Kamei throws a hook to the side of Blyad's head but Blyad sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kamei jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kamei misses with a looping left. Kamei keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Blyad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kamei thows a left - swing and a miss! Blyad is looking to slow Kamei down with leg kicks. Blyad throws a jab when Kamei was well out of range. Kamei throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Blyad lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Blyad moves away from the strike by Kamei. Kamei throws a right hand that misses
enabling Blyad to counter with a crisp jab. Kamei misses with a double jab.
Kamei moves out of range as Blyad strikes. Blyad connects with a leg kick. Blyad misses with a leg kick. Blyad throws a jab but it's blocked by Kamei. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Blyad uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kamei. Blyad cracks Kamei with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Kamei slips under a jab from Blyad. Blyad throws a quick inside leg kick. Kamei's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Blyad lands with a straight right. Kamei didn't see that one coming.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Koichi Kamei. I think Kamei has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
