Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Boo (ranked 2883 p4p, 2413 weight class) and Chris Pauschi (ranked 362 p4p, 303 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, David Boo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris Pauschi! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boo misses with a double jab.
A slow jab from Boo misses its intended target. Pauschi swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Boo ducks right into an uppercut from Pauschi. Boo has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Pauschi. Boo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pauschi. Boo misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Boo does no damage. Boo misses with a wild combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boo misses with a leg kick letting Pauschi counter with a right hand. Boo tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Boo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Boo throws out a leg kick but Pauschi moves out of range and Boo only half commits. Pauschi follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boo dives in and grabs Pauschi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pauschi pushes down on Boo's head and hops out. Pauschi connects with a nice looking jab.
Pauschi lands with a shot to the body. Pauschi lands with a shot to the body. Chris Pauschi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A solid leg kick lands there for Boo.

Boo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Boo looks to land a combination but Pauschi avoids it well. Boo needs to keep his hands up - Pauschi had a free shot at his head there. Boo misses the shot to the body. Pauschi tries to sprawl but Boo drives through with a takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pauschi is concentrating on defense, preventing Boo from advancing position. Pauschi felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pauschi works his way to full guard. Good work. Pauschi pulls Boo in close to prevent any damage. Boo wants to get up but he can't break Pauschi's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boo clinches. Boo prevents a body shot from Pauschi. Pauschi stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Pauschi doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Pauschi lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Boo backwards. A short right hand to the side of the head by Pauschi. Pauschi lands a shoulder strike. Boo is trying to force a seperation but Pauschi has the dominant position. Pauschi scores with a nice hook to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pauschi working Boo over with knees to the body. Pauschi misses with a hook to the ribs.

Boo is breathing heavily. Pauschi lands a body punch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pauschi scores with a shot to the side of Boo's head. Pauschi creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Boo's defenses. Pauschi lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like David Boo has been cut. Pauschi lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Boo is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Pauschi is defending well for now. Boo wants to get back to striking at distance but Pauschi won't allow it.
Boo tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Boo blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Pauschi lands an elbow inside that Boo shrugs off.
Boo is rocked! Pauschi lands a big right hand that drops Boo! The killer instinct kicks in and Pauschi finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Pauschi!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Pauschi! After winning the bout, Chris Pauschi thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
