Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, David Boo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris Pauschi!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boo misses with a double jab.
A slow jab from Boo misses its intended target.
Pauschi swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Boo ducks right into an uppercut from Pauschi.
Boo has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Pauschi.
Boo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pauschi.
Boo misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Boo does no damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

letting Pauschi counter with a right hand.
Boo tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Boo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boo throws out a leg kick but Pauschi moves out of range and Boo only half commits.
Pauschi follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

Boo dives in and grabs Pauschi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pauschi pushes down on Boo's head and hops out.

Boo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Pauschi tries to sprawl but Boo drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pauschi is concentrating on defense, preventing Boo from advancing position.
Pauschi felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Boo wants to get up but he can't break Pauschi's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
