Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Bar (ranked 265 p4p, 194 weight class) and Dan Dinklage (ranked 14 p4p, 12 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Jonny Bar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Dinklage! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bar with a poor takedown and Dinklage counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bar thinking. Dinklage changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bar looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Dinklage working the ground and pound. Dinklage works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Dinklage looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Bar takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Dinklage trying to control the action but Bar is working from the bottom. Dinklage is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Bar tries to buck Dinklage off but Dinklage is having none of it. Bar is working to avoid the ground and pound but Dinklage connects with a decent elbow. Bar is trying to get back to half guard. Bar throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
Dinklage is putting a hurting on Bar here, landing some big shots from side control. Bar manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dinklage looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bar with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Bar is looking for a sweep. Dinklage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dinklage working Bar over with strikes. Bar is pressing down on Dinklage's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Dinklage sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bar's guard. Dinklage tries to pass to full mount but Bar defends it. Bar looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bar wants to improve his position but Dinklage is controlling well.
Dinklage slips a nice elbow through Bar's hands, connecting with Bar's forehead. Bar tries to get to full guard but Dinklage has control of the leg. Dinklage working over Bar with some ground and pound. Bar looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Bar is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dinklage pulls his head out easily. Dinklage lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dinklage works his way into side control. Dinklage moves into full mount! Dinklage cracks Bar with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Bar tries to reverse the position but Dinklage maintains control. Dinklage lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Bar! Dinklage sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Bar and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Dan Dinklage! Dan Dinklage took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Northern Zombie for their support in the buildup to the fight.
