Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ser Bian Warc Riminal (ranked 346 p4p, 265 weight class) and Agansing Rai (ranked 52 p4p, 38 weight class). Rai has chosen Break Stuff as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Agansing Rai!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riminal walks into a jab.
Riminal walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Riminal tries a head kick but it misses.
A head kick from Riminal lands but Rai takes it in his stride.
Riminal just misses with a punch to the body.
Rai lands with a hook. Riminal tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Nice straight punches there by Rai. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rai.
Riminal misses with a wild body shot.
Rai lands with a kick to the temple. Riminal shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
A head kick misses from Riminal.
Rai looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Riminal throws a head kick that misses.
Rai has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Rai throws a body shot but no joy.
Riminal throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rai is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Rai throws a jab but it's blocked by Riminal.

Riminal paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Riminal looking to score a takedown here. Rai is defending well but Riminal drives through and ends up in Rai's guard.

Riminal slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Riminal wants to control but Rai is keeping him busy.
Rai is pushing Riminal's head away, looking to escape. Riminal manages to hold on to the position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Riminal has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Rai!
Rai gets back to half guard.
Rai pushes Riminal off and gets back to his feet.
Riminal staying out of range there.
A telegraphed right hand from Rai misses the target.
Riminal swings away with a body shot that misses
and Rai counters with a lovely shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Riminal throws a head kick but Rai moves out of range.

A swing and a miss from Rai.
Riminal drops his hands momentarily and Rai takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Riminal gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Rai.
Riminal tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rai lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Riminal at a distance.
Riminal on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Riminal on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rai. Rai obviously looking to wear him down.
Rai lands a head shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Riminal tries a head kick but it misses.
Rai fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Riminal shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Riminal fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rai manages to avoid it.
Rai throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Riminal feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Rai wants to stand and escape but Riminal is having none of it.

Riminal is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rai is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
