Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenichi Misahawa (ranked 2706 p4p, 2183 weight class) and Robert Lee (ranked 398 p4p, 334 weight class). Robert Lee is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 23 - 1, fighting out of London, Kenichi Misahawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Lee!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Skip Squint and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Misahawa misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lee.
Misahawa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively.
Misahawa throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
A head kick misses from Misahawa.
Misahawa lands a high kick!
Misahawa looking to land some kicks to the body here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Misahawa thows a leg kick but Lee checks it

and Lee counters with a nice double leg into side control. Misahawa won't be happy with that.

The referee asks Lee politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Lee prefers to stall for the moment though.
Misahawa is not content to let Lee control the position.
Lee tries to advance to mount but Misahawa instead regains half guard.

Lee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Misahawa is just riding it out for now. Lee eventually gives up the hold.
Misahawa pushes Lee off looking to stand but Lee dives back in and keeps control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Lee thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Lee is looking to take a break and control but Misahawa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lee is working for a submission of some sort.

Lee throws a strike but Misahawa avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Lee jumps guard and drags Misahawa to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Lee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Misahawa.
Lee swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Misahawa closes the distance and pushes Lee back into the cage.
Lee tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Misahawa smiles and moves away.

Misahawa looks to land a combination but Lee avoids it well.
Lee moves out of range of the body kick from Misahawa.

Misahawa pushes Lee up against the cage in a clinch.
Lee misses with some punches.
Misahawa has a couple of punches blocked by Lee.

Lee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Misahawa is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lee is defending well for now.
Misahawa fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Misahawa misses with a punch to the body.
Misahawa misses with a knee to the head.
Lee on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Misahawa lands with a shot to the body.
Misahawa throws a leg kick which misses Lee's front leg but catches the back leg as Lee tries to avoid it.
Misahawa feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lees jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Misahawa is looking to wear down Lee with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Misahawa throws a leg kick but Lee moved away.
Lee with the counter takedown but Misahawa avoids it easily.

Misahawa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lee looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Misahawa missing with a left hand there. Lee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Misahawa lands a lovely overhand right.
Misahawa feints a jab promting Lee to slip. Misahawa then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Lee slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Misahawa throws out a leg kick but Lee moves out of range and Misahawa only half commits.
Misahawa lands a glancing blow to the side of Lee's head.
Misahawa throws a left and a right that both miss

and Lee counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Misahawa has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Lee has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
A right handed body shot lands from Misahawa.
Lee tries for a takedown but Misahawa manages to get underhooks.
Misahawa tries to land knees in the clinch but Lee avoids the damage to the body.
Robert Lee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Lee has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Misahawa seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Lee can turn it around.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Misahawa, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Kenichi Misahawa spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
