Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Axl Cailean (ranked 514 p4p, 304 weight class) and Gunner Bond (ranked 73 p4p, 43 weight class). Cailean comes to the cage accompanied by Back stabbers. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Axl Cailean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gunner Bond!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Bond counters with a stiff right hand.

Bond feints and then cracks Cailean's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cailean down.

We've been told by Cailean's head coaches at Tiaoali BJJ & MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
