Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Wrecks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drew Barnes!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Barnes, as that shot connected.
Wrecks defending well as Barnes loads up on a big left hand.
Barnes thumps Wrecks with a low kick.
Barnes displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wrecks throws out the jab.
Barnes misses with a combination
and Wrecks counters with a left to the body.
Barnes ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Wrecks throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
And Barnes tries to counter it with a takedown but Wrecks pushes his down on his head and steps out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barnes throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Wrecks counters with a nice right hand that sends Barnes toppling to the canvas! Barnes scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Wrecks finish him?!
Barnes is rocked!
It looks like Drew Barnes has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wrecks moves away from the strike by Barnes.
Barnes throws a sloppy body shot
and Wrecks counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Barnes out cold! What a finish! Wrecks is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Will Wrecks!
