Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bigi Boi Chai (ranked 1244 p4p, 835 weight class) and Ryder Young (ranked 75 p4p, 51 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chai might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dirt. Young comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Of Monsters and Men - Destroyer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bigi Boi Chai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryder Young!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Topper Green and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai swings for the body but Young moves out of range.
Young misses with an uppercut.
Chai was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Chai scores with a sloppy right hand. Young should have avoided that one.
Young misses with a jab, cross combination.
No joy there for Chai, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Young throws a jab but it's blocked by Chai.
We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Young misses with a shot to the body
and Chai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Ryder Young has been cut.
Young takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Young swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Chai.
Young uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Chai has time to react.
Young ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chai moves away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Young lands a nice looking body shot.
Chai bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Young with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Chai to score with a decent uppercut.
Young drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Young throws a combination that misses
and Chai counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Young slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Young missing with a left hand there. Chai was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Young rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Chai counters with a good, hard body kick but Young shrugs it off.

and Chai counters with a crisp one two that drops Young! Chai thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Young to his feet! Young is in big trouble!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Young throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Young looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Young throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ryder Young seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Young throws a predictable looking body shot
enabling Chai to counter with a crisp jab.
Chai avoids the body shot from Young.
Chai rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Young moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Young takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A big left from Young misses.
Chai lands a jab to the nose.
Chai keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The crowd cheers as Chai lands an impressive looking overhand right. Young doesn't seem phased though.
A shot to the body from Young misses
and Chai counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Young badly! Chai follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Young out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Chai finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bigi Boi Chai!
Bigi Boi Chai decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
Ryder Young spoke after the fight, saying 'I don’t know mate. Someone said the pub was this way but I don’t see a fucking bar, do you?'.
