Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vunipola Veainu (ranked 645 p4p, 903 weight class) and Isopaa Mfer (ranked 28 p4p, 55 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vunipola Veainu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Isopaa Mfer!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from Mfer.
It looks like Vunipola Veainu has been cut.
Mfer throws a lazy uppercut
and Veainu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Mfer shoots in looking for a takedown. Veainu tries to sprawl out of it but Mfer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Veainu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mfer doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Veainu counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Mfer tries to clinch up but Veainu circles away and keeps his distance.
A low kick from Mfer misses
enabling Veainu to counter with a crisp jab.
Mfer throws a predictable looking body shot
and Veainu counters with a crisp right hand that drops Mfer! Veainu lets Mfer back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Mfer is rocked!
It looks like Isopaa Mfer has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mfer misses with a lunging right hand
and Veainu counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Mfer has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Vunipola Veainu!
