Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jian Zhao (ranked 715 p4p, 797 weight class) and Mengrire Krenakore (ranked 57 p4p, 66 weight class). Zhao comes to the cage accompanied by Dirty Harry (Schtung Chinese New Year Remix) - Gorillaz. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhao slips under a jab from Krenakore.
Zhao fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Krenakore manages to avoid it.
Zhao avoids the body shot from Krenakore.
Zhao quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Krenakore looks to land a right hand but Zhao moved out of range.
Zhao is looking to counter punch.
Krenakore blocks a jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Zhao.
Krenakore throws a body punch but Zhao moves out of range.
Zhao has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Zhao there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Jian Zhao has been cut.
Zhao walks into a stiff left hand from Krenakore.

Krenakore looks to land a left hand but Zhao moved out of range nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zhao swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

and Zhao counters with a nice low kick that buckles Krenakore's knee momentarily.

and Zhao counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Mengrire Krenakore has been cut.
Zhao sizes up Krenakore with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Krenakore swings widly with a right hand
and Krenakore takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Zhao misses with a hook
and Krenakore makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Zhao. Krenakore shrugs it off though.
Zhao uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Krenakore.
Krenakore takes a swing at Zhao's ribcage but misses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Zhao has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Zhao takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

and Zhao scores with a counter punch that sends Krenakore to the canvas! Zhao smells blood - he's punishing Krenakore with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Krenakore has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
