Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isopaa Mfer (ranked 1158 p4p, 1286 weight class) and Peter Beardsley (ranked 69 p4p, 79 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isopaa Mfer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Peter Beardsley! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mfer misses with a low kick. Beardsley jabbing away but nothing is landing. Beardsley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mfer swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mfer avoids the body shot from Beardsley.
Mfer connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Peter Beardsley has been cut. Beardsley scores with a sloppy right hand. Mfer should have avoided that one. Beardsley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mfer takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Beardsley tries to clinch there but Mfer circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Beardsley scores with a jab to the jaw. Peter Beardsley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mfer throws a body shot but no joy. Mfer gets tackled into the cage by Beardsley. Beardsley maintains the clinch. Beardsley tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mfer just stands there and leans against the cage. We've been hearing reports that Mfer has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Beardsley working aggressively here.
Beardsley scores with an uppercut up the middle. Beardsley fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mfer working hard to break the clinch. Beardsley tries to pull guard but Mfer won't allow it.
Beardsley lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mfer backwards. Beardsley jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mfer walks away with a smile on his face. Beardsley gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Isopaa Mfer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Beardsley. Mfer takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big left from Mfer misses. A big right from Beardsley misses. Beardsley throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mfer was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Mfer is looking to score with low kicks. Beardsley looks like he wants to counter punch here. Beardsley connects with a body shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mfer walks into a straight right hand from Beardsley. Mfer avoids the body shot from Beardsley.
The crowd cheers as Beardsley lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mfer doesn't seem phased though. Mfer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Beardsley was well out of range. Poor timing from Mfer. Beardsley is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Mfer with a body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beardsley lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The fight stays on the outside here - Beardsley looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Mfer is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Mfer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Beardsley slips under a jab. Mfer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Beardsley scores with a sloppy right hand. Mfer should have avoided that one. Beardsley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mfer. Mfer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beardsley looks for the body kick but Mfer saw that one coming. Beardsley rushes Mfer and presses him up against the cage. Beardsley misses with a punch to the body.
Beardsley tries a body shot but Mfer blocks it.
Beardsley lands a body punch. Beardsley tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Mfer's elbow. Mfer breaks the clinch.
Beardsley swings for the body but Mfer moves out of range.
Mfer has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Isopaa Mfer has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Beardsley lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Beardsley dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Mfer misses with an attempted mid kick.
Beardsley drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Mfer right on the button. Mfer goes down! Beardsley follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Beardsley gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Beardsley! Peter Beardsley decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
