Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quebro Tua Cara!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tua Cara moves into the clinch.
Tua Cara is trying to break the clinch but Niaz has him pressed against the cage.

Niaz tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Niaz drops down looking for an ankle pick but Tua Cara pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dick Niaz. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tua Cara is fighting off a takedown attempt but Niaz is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tua Cara to the mat. Tua Cara regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Niaz is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Tua Cara is defending well though. Niaz let's go of the attempt for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Niaz is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Tua Cara is trying to defend against the choke here but Niaz has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Niaz Tightens the hold and Tua Cara taps out furiously! Niaz displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
