Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abdul Keji (ranked 1282 p4p, 778 weight class) and Lou Slugger (ranked 148 p4p, 96 weight class). Slugger has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Abdul Keji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lou Slugger!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slugger throws a hook to the side of Keji's head but Keji sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Keji bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A jab from Slugger misses.
Slugger throws an overhand right that lands on Keji's shoulder, as Keji tries to avoid the shot.
Keji throws a hook but Slugger blocks it.
Keji checks a leg kick.
Slugger throws a low kick, looking for Keji's leg but Keji calmly moves out of range.
Slugger takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Slugger connects with an inside leg kick.
Slugger slips a jab from Keji.
Keji uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Slugger has time to react.
It looks like Lou Slugger has been cut.
Keji really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Slugger pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Slugger scores with a nice head shot.
Keji scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Slugger doesn't seem bothered though.
Slugger with the inside leg kick.
Keji throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Slugger sees it coming and avoids it easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Slugger throws a right hand that misses
and Keji counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Slugger defending well as Keji loads up on a big left hand.
Slugger is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
A punch lands to the side of Keji 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Slugger misses with a straight right.
Slugger dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A big left from Keji misses.
Keji lands a jab.
Keji ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Slugger moves away.
The fighters circling - Keji throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Slugger throws a sloppy head kick
and Keji counters with a nice right hand that sends Slugger toppling to the canvas! Slugger scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Keji finish him?!
Slugger is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Slugger gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Keji points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Slugger wakes up just in time to hear Keji thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Abdul Keji!
Our winner, Abdul Keji, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
