And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lars Kay!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kay throws out a loose jab but Tadageru uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tadageru drops his hands momentarily and Kay takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Tadageru moves in looking to clinch but Kay pushes him off.
It seemed like Kay was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Tadageru is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tadageru looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

enabling Kay to counter with a crisp jab.

Tadageru shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tadageru was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kay takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Tadageru connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Kay tries to reverse the position but Tadageru maintains control.
Kay felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Tadageru is landing with some decent strikes but Kay is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Tadageru lands a big shot there that rocks Kay but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Tadageru wants to control the pace but Kay is squirming around nicely.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Tadageru has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kay's face.
