Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muramaki thuds his right hand into Wetton's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Wetton closes this distance looking for a takedown but Muramaki circles away.
Wetton closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Muramaki did well to prevent Wetton getting side control.
Muramaki manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Nice sprawl there from Muramaki as Wetton shoots in.
Muramaki throws out a counter right but Wetton avoids it with no problem.

and Muramaki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Wetton. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Muramaki lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Wetton is rocked!
Muramaki lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Wetton up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Muramaki from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Wetton's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
