Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kjetil Olsen (ranked 228 p4p, 302 weight class) and Ben Slam (ranked 30 p4p, 41 weight class). Olsen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tubthumping by Chumbawamba. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olsen moves out of range of the strikes.
Olsen swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Slam tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Olsen has been working on his boxing with his coaches at House of 1000 Corpses in the buildup to the fight.
Slam misses with a hook
and Olsen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Ben Slam has been cut.
Olsen loads up on a big right hand but Slam slips the punch.
Slam throws a right hand that misses
and Olsen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A thudding body kick lands there by Olsen!
A slow jab from Slam misses its intended target.
Slam misses with a hook
and Olsen counters with a nice kick to the body.

and Olsen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Olsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A counter left hand to the body from Olsen misses its target.
Slam gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Slam tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Olsen is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Slam buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Slam!! Slam is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Olsen throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kjetil Olsen!
Our winner, Kjetil Olsen, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
