Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jaxon Magrath (ranked 72 p4p, 197 weight class) and Mikey Marciano (ranked 11 p4p, 29 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 8 - 3, fighting out of New York, Jaxon Magrath!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mikey Marciano!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magrath throws a good cross that connects.
It looks like Mikey Marciano has been cut.
Magrath looks to land a left hand but Marciano moved out of range nicely.
Marciano is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Marciano is rocked!
Marciano has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Marciano drops his hands momentarily. Magrath doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Marciano staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Marciano doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jaxon Magrath!
During a confident post fight interview, Jaxon Magrath thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
