Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Velha Maldita!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plutarque will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Maldita misses the jab.
Plutarque looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Maldita swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Plutarque.
Plutarque wants to clinch
and Maldita counters with a nice uppercut.
Plutarque moves to clinch but Maldita breaks away
and Maldita cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Plutarque is rocked!
Maldita slaps away a takedown attempt from Plutarque, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Plutarque fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jean Michel Plutarque. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Plutarque wants to clinch but Maldita slips to the side
and Maldita counters with a crisp right that sends Plutarque to the canvas! Maldita follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
