Horrible takedown attempt by Wilson or perhaps it was just good defense by Dren Jr, which made it look bad.
Dren Jr thinks about the counter body kick.

It looks like The Wilson has been cut.

and Dren Jr counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Wilson badly! He tries to strike back but Dren Jr puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Wilson out cold! Oh man, Wilson will never hear the end of this one!
