Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like Adan Puno has been cut.
White throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Puno half committed to a counter leg kick.
A shot to the body from White misses
and Puno counters with a leg kick.
Puno throws a hook but White avoids it easily.
Puno looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Barron White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Puno lands a really nice looking cross but White seems unphased.
White rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Puno counters with a lovely straight right hand!
White avoids a kick to the body.
White swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Puno counters with a nice right hand that sends White toppling to the canvas! White scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Puno finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Puno throws an off balance right hand
and White cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
White gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Puno counters with a big right hand! Oh White is in trouble here! Puno follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adan Puno!
A relieved looking Adan Puno thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
