Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Short (ranked 553 p4p, 376 weight class) and Robbie Hall (ranked 27 p4p, 18 weight class). Short comes to the cage accompanied by Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger. Hall is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Andy Shauf: The Magician. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jerry Short! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Robbie Hall! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hall displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Short. Hall gets caught napping as Short dives in and scores a takedown. Hall manages to retain guard. Hall keeping full guard, as Short tries to pass. Hall is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. We've been hearing good reports from Short's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills.
