Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tony Viikinki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matt Cooper!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper closes the distance and clinches.
Viikinki manages to break the clinch.
Viikinki walks into a stiff left hand from Cooper.
Cooper tries to clinch but Viikinki is having none of it.
Viikinki feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Coopers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
It looks like Matt Cooper has been cut.
Cooper throws out a loose jab but Viikinki uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cooper takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Viikinki lands a big head kick that sends Cooper tumbling to the mat! Viikinki takes a step backwards and waves Cooper back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cooper is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cooper backs away from a small jab... but Viikinki lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Cooper crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Viikinki with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Tony Viikinki!
A less than humble Tony Viikinki misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
