Finlayson comes to the cage accompanied by Scotland the Brave, Black Bear. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finlayson throws a hook but Trollslayer avoids it easily.
Trollslayer feints the counter takedown.
Finlayson throws the left hand but Trollslayer avoids the punch easily.
Trollslayer is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Finlayson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
And Trollslayer tries to counter it with a takedown but Finlayson pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Trollslayer has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Finlayson is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Trollslayer is landing with some decent strikes but Finlayson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
