Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ernesto Mathieu (ranked 133 p4p, 271 weight class) and Tony Viikinki (ranked 11 p4p, 17 weight class). Mathieu comes to the cage accompanied by F*ck Tha Police by NWA. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 21 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ernesto Mathieu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tony Viikinki! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mathieu cracks a nice hook into Viikinki's ribs. Viikinki throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Mathieu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Viikinki misses with an uppercut. A good leg kick by Mathieu. Mathieu scores with a spinning back kick! Viikinki looks winded! Viikinki gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mathieu. A solid leg kick lands there for Mathieu.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Mathieu - that will leave a mark!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Mathieu cracks Viikinki with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Viikinki looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mathieu finish him?
It looks like Tony Viikinki has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mathieu lands a nice looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mathieu takes the fight into the clinch. A knee to the head by Mathieu.
Viikinki prevents a body shot from Mathieu. Mathieu holding his opponent close, against the cage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Mathieu. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Viikinki. A shot in the inside from Mathieu. Viikinki swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Viikinki is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Viikinki tries to throw a body punch but Mathieu avoids it by throwing Viikinki back against the cage. A body shot lands from Mathieu.
Mathieu lands a knee to the body.
Mathieu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mathieu thumps Viikinki with a low kick. Viikinki takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Donk. Mathieu catches Viikinki right on the button with a cross. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A jab from Viikinki misses. Mathieu throws a lazy right hand but Viikinki sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Mathieu circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Viikinki to the canvas! Viikinki doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Mathieu keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ernesto Mathieu! Our winner, Ernesto Mathieu, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
