Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tu Barrels (ranked 196 p4p, 137 weight class) and Butch Frewin (ranked 24 p4p, 12 weight class). Barrels's entrance music is Lock stock and. A fine choice. Frewin has chosen Billy the Squid's Water Pistol by The Neptunas as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Tu Barrels! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 26 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Butch Frewin! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barrels lands with a shot to the body. Barrels throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Frewin sees it coming and avoids it easily. Frewin on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Tu Barrels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Frewin gets caught flat footed, as Barrels shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Barrels forces his way into half guard. Frewin pushes Barrels off looking to stand but Barrels dives back in and keeps control.
Barrels drops an elbow to the side of Frewin's head. Barrels takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Frewin is looking to escape. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Barrels lands a nice short elbow. Frewin is trying to stand back up but Barrels is controlling him
Barrels is nestled in close to Frewin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Barrels working Frewin over with strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Frewin looks like he's trying to stand up.
Barrels wants to pass to mount but Frewin is defending the position. Frewin is trying to stand up here but Barrels is controlling him well. Barrels wants to take a breather but Frewin is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barrels is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Frewin! Barrels has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Frewin is squirming around, avoiding Barrels's attempts to control the action. Frewin squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Barrels lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Barrels fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Barrels wants to finish this one by submission but Frewin is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Barrels. Barrels tries to control but Frewin wriggling away. Barrels in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Frewin is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Barrels landing strikes from the mount. Frewin tries to buck Barrels off but he can't manage it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barrels with a couple of short strikes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Frewin is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Frewin takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Barrels looking to control but Frewin is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Barrels has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Frewin's face.
Frewin really wants to buck Barrels off and get back to his feet. Barrels lands a big shot to the head and Frewin winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Tu Barrels! Tu Barrels seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website. Butch Frewin was interviewed post fight and said 'What in tarnation!'.
