Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinicius Honorio (ranked 279 p4p, 355 weight class) and Mangas Coloradas (ranked 35 p4p, 47 weight class). Honorio comes to the cage accompanied by Through the Darkness by Vinicius Honorio. Mangas Coloradas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honorio closes this distance looking for a takedown but Coloradas circles away.

Honorio shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Coloradas's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Coloradas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Coloradas takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Coloradas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Coloradas has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Honorio has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
