Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Charles E Boles!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Broadaxe with that takedown attempt.
Boles throws a lazy right hand but Broadaxe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Broadaxe darts in looking for a takedown but Boles gets double underhooks and turns Broadaxe into the cage.
Broadaxe can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dwalin Broadaxe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Broadaxe drags the fight down to the ground.
Boles wants to stand but Broadaxe has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Broadaxe looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boles trying to stand up but can't free himself from Broadaxe's guard.

Broadaxe is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Boles has his hands clasped together but Broadaxe extends and breaks Boles's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Broadaxe.
