The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Washington connects with a body shot that sends Pustik's belly button to the back.

Pustik looks to land a combination but Washington avoids it well.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pustik has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Washington drops Pustik with a big knee straight up the middle! Pustik is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
It looks like Prokop Pustik has been cut.

Washington lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Pustik thuds a left hand into Washington's body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Washington, as that shot connected.
Pustik is rocked!
Washington drops Pustik with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Pustik! Washington dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Imperial Washington!
A less than humble Imperial Washington misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
