With a record of 33 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Richard Hall!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meeks doesn't manage to clinch there - Hall circles away.
Meeks fails with an attempt to clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hall is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Meeks has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Meeks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hall has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Meeks has managed to get both his arms back between Hall's legs - danger averted.

Hall swings wildly with an uppercut but Meeks uses good head movement to avoid it.

Meeks gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Meeks just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hall's brow.

Meeks lands a vicious elbow to the side of Hall's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Meeks tries to finish him with strikes but Hall still seems able to defend himself so Meeks steps back and lets Hall get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Hall is rocked!
Hall shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Meeks sprawls well. Meeks wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hall gets slowly back to his feet.
Hall is still on wobbly legs! Can Meeks finish him?

Meeks moves into range and clinches up with Hall.
Meeks lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

That has opened up Richard Hall's cut even more.
Meeks creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Meeks just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hall's brow.

Hall is pressed against the cage. Meeks pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Hall! Two more big strikes from Meeks and Hall crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Turner Meeks!
