Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Carlo Pedersoli!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Cozad!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedersoli misses with an uppercut.
Pedersoli moves away from the strike by Cozad.
Cozad walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like Mike Cozad has been cut.
Cozad scores with the left hand. Pedersoli knows he should have avoided that one.

Cozad takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Pedersoli scores with a jab. Cozad acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Cozad looks winded!
Pedersoli sends Cozad crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pedersoli is motioning to the referee to let Cozad up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Cozad is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pedersoli thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Cozad if he has to take too many more of those.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pedersoli lands a nice looking body shot.
Pedersoli misses with a hook. Cozad ducked under it nicely.
Pedersoli drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Cozad's head, knocking him out cold! Pedersoli is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Carlo Pedersoli!
A relieved looking Carlo Pedersoli thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
